Team walkshops to fuel better team conversations
You love the idea of getting the team away together and are sold on the benefits of walking and talking in the fresh air. Thinking bigger, breathing deeper and uncovering new perspectives.
This will inject much needed energy and purpose into the team, but time and life commitments make it impossible to plan a multi-day Leadership Journey, Team Decelerator, or Team Mission.
That’s where our Team Walkshops come in.
How?
We will work with you to understand your requirements and iterate an inquiry-based workshop design.
This pre-walkshop phase also includes 1-2-1 engagement with participants to unearth issues, provoke reflection, and build energy. Clients tell us that this phase delivers noticeable shift and value of itself!
We will also offer to hold you to account for decisions that emerge from our work together – anything from an email prod a few weeks later to a more full-on challenge and support programme.
Where?
We’ll take you to an amazing space near to your base (or further if you wish), and have you stepping out together for some surprisingly powerful conversations around the agreed inquiry theme and the executable insights that emerge.
Depending on your requirements, we may recommend an event based around a venue with immediate access into amazing and inspiring scenery. Or, we may recommend a walkshop that spends all day outdoors.
Whatever we agree, our time together will be inclusive and doable for everyone. After all, these walkshops are ALL about the conversations and not competitive physical effort!
Good for
Busy teams who want to get offsite and off-Zoom together but who don’t have the time for multi-day event.
Standalone or modular
Team Walkshops are great as standalone experiences and as a first step to a wider programme of Team Walkshops. Also as a first step towards Leadership Journeys, Team Decelerators, and Team Missions.
