The Fresh Air Leadership Company is a Scotland-based leadership and team development company.

We work across the UK with chief executives and their leadership teams and wider management groups to build trust and connection, courage and challenge, alignment and effectiveness.

We work mostly with scaling and merging companies, and companies going through a reset after the arrival of a new chief executive and turn over of team members. We work across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
