We have two-preplanned FRESH AIR LEADERSHIP TRIVENTURE days available for booking as a formed team on Fri 23 May 25 and Thu 2 Oct 25.
Expertly facilitated by our founder and chief executive Dave Stewart and improv comedy performer, broadcaster, and coach-facilitator Chris Grimes. And supported by a team of national governing body activity leaders.
Activities are all entry-level and do not need any former experience or technical skills. They are paced and facilitated to ensure everyone is able to engage in great conversations and team outcomes are met.
🚲 15kms gravel ride from Aberfoyle through Loch Ard Forest
🛶 5km Canadian two-person canoe paddle across Loch Ard
🥾 5km reflective walk back to the start point.
PRICE
The price starts at £5,950 + VAT for an 8-person team.
This includes:
- Liaison and design of the day to meet your team’s objectives
- Facilitation by two highly experienced business coach-facilitators Dave Stewart and Chris Grimes.
- National governing body walk, bike, and canoe leaders
- Vehicle support team
- Picnic lunch
- Provision of bikes and helmets
- Provision of Canadian canoes, paddles, and buoyancy jackets
- Provision of materials as required
- Method Statement & Risk Management Plan
- Our expenses (travel, accommodation)
- Insurance
Options:
#1 Depending on your needs, we can offer a confidential pre-event engagement process via questionnaire to unearth collective themes the team may want to explore and resolve on the TriVenture. This is priced from £1250 + VAT for a team of 8.
#2 Similarly we can offer a post-event review session, normally online, to provide external holding-to-account for the workplace actons you commit to on the TriVenture. This is priced at £400 + VAT involving one facilitator.
#3 Finally, we can offer coaching/mentoring support. This can be particularly useful to help colleagues embed and spread the insights and actions from the TriVenture. This is priced at £1,200 + VAT for a block of 3 x 60 minute online sessions.
