TAKE YOUR THINKING OUTDOORS

WITH THIS FREE OFFER!

Are you a private sector organisation with a UK-based headcount over 100? Been thinking about taking your thinking outdoors?

We are offering FIVE get-to-know-each-other outdoor workshops (aka walkshops) for prospective new clients (one per organisation). There is NO CHARGE.

And here are the dates/numbers that scope the offer:

BOOKED BY 31 JUL 26

✅ FOR DELIVERY BY 31 OCT 26

✅ TEAM SIZE OF 12 MAX

These are half-day events within an hour of Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Aberdeen using a choice of amazing spaces that we know well, and which we also offer as part of our free monthly Fresh Air Business Micro-adventures programme (more info here).

We will help you explore and resolve any team development challenges or opportunities you have. The list at the foot of this page covers some of the team development topics we have helped clients with.

FIRST we will discuss your needs, frame the “big question”, and develop the programme (and supporting risk management plan).

WE WILL THEN meet your team colleagues for a quick online meeting to set the scene and ask them to complete a short questionnaire related to the topic. In the background we will also be drafting up the Method Statement & Risk Management Plan (we are highly experienced national governing body outdoor leaders and understand how important this is, even for the most undemanding of outdoor work).

FINALLY WE WILL send out Joining Notes and meet up on the designated day over brews and butties before setting off on a very doable and insightful few hours. Timings will typically be 09:30 – 12:30.
