Building Better Teams Team Venture

You know that the change of scenery combined with physical movement will open up conversations and produce fresh ideas. You want colleagues to relax, enjoy some fresh air, and reconnect.

Team Venture is for formed teams, wider senior manager groups, and talent cohorts.

Team Venture can be run as a stand-alone event or as part of a longer team effectiveness development programme such as Team Elevate or Team Accelerate.

We work around the UK and have a passion for the amazing outdoor spaces that Scotland has to offer.
