On the day, we will take you through our 5-Element Team Effectiveness Framework supported by a comprehensive workbook, and help you scope priority workplace actions.
We will also provide some light touch accountability to help you follow through on your workshop commitments.

You are a super-busy team leader and want flexible one-to-one support to help you develop the effectiveness of your team.
Team Leader Support provides an initial 10 hours of blended one-to-one coaching & mentoring, online or in-person.
It is suitable for team leaders as well as established team leaders.
Your coach will explore the 5-Element Team Effectiveness Framework with you to identify where best to focus your time together.
Your perceived needs may be symptoms of deeper/wider systemic issues!
Your coach will help you identify priority actions, explore how to implement these, and hold you to account for doing so.
Building Better Teams:
Team Elevate
Poor teamwork costs you lost opportunities and missed targets. Disaffected colleagues check-out for somewhere better and leave you with unwanted recruitment costs.
Delivered over 8 weeks, Team Elevate provides formed teams with a framework and set of tools to mitigate these risks.
Based on our 5-Element Team Effectiveness Framework, this modular training and development programme features online, in-person, and self-directed work.
The five core half-day modules can be delivered at a cadence that suits your business.
The programme also features a team effectiveness assessment, self-directed workplace actions, holding-to-account arrangements, and a business impact review.
